Adam opens the show excited that Larry Elder is here for a special 1-on-1 podcast with him. Adam asks Larry about his background, and then talks about his own experiences growing up. Adam then asks Larry for his thoughts on Affirmative Action and unintended consequences. As the show wraps up, Larry tells a story about the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the guys discuss how ridiculous it is to root for people simply because they look like you.
