Show Summary
Adam opens the show talking about Steely Dan songs, young Cindy Crawford, and the time he got hit in the knee with a baseball bat. The guys then take a call about the infamous Bowe vs. Golota fight, which leads to a conversation about other controversial match-ups. Adam also reflects on terrible neighbors and awkward conversations growing up. Before Good Sports, Adam takes one more call about how his passion for boxing grew.
The second half of the show opens with an update on the Rotten Tomatoes ‘Gotti’ controversy. After that, Gina starts the news announcing that ABC has ordered a new series, minus Roseanne, called ‘The Connors’. They also discuss plans to house 20,000 migrant children on military bases, a Philly’s fan hit with a flying hot dog, and NFL quarterback Jameis Winston suspended for the first three games of the 2018 season. Other news stories include multiple attacks from the same brown bear in Alaska, using dog urine to cure acne, and a list of the most popular dog breeds. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about a marketing scam called ‘hot dog water’.
