Show Summary

At the top of today’s podcast, Adam brings up the devastation of thinking he was going to a different superhero movie than he ended up seeing. The guys further break down ‘Captain Marvel’, ‘Shazam!’, and bad movie clichés. Adam then reads a letter from a fan about naming his kid’s band, and then talks about a strange stalking story he looked up. From there, Adam plays a clip of Mike Lindell on Take A Knee, and the guys take a call from Rich Banks to help crown the champion, and celebrate the end, of Banks Bracket Madness. Before hanging up, they also talk about life in Arkansas, and Adam’s advice on car renovation.

Duff McKagan is in studio next, and Adam talks with him about how the new Netflix film ‘The Dirt’ compares to the truth. They talk further about opening for Motley Crue, the current rock’n’roll scene, and getting together with Shooter Jennings on his new solo album. Adam also asks Duff about his relationships with Eddie Van Halen and Axl Rose, and the guys chat about the importance of having a strong work ethic.

Gina begins the news talking about Bill Cosby denying he made settlements with seven of his accusers. The guys also chat about weed in Spain containing fecal matter, comedy producers Will Ferrell and Adam McKay going separate ways, and an eco-friendly prison in Sweden. As the show wraps up, Gina reads a story about a potential Rush Hour 4, and the guys talk about the college admissions scandal. Stick around for Adam and Shek’s Good Sports!

Duff’s album, ‘Tenderness’, will be available everywhere on May 31st. Get more info by following Duff on Twitter @DuffMcKagan.
