Show Summary

As the show opens up, Adam talks about taking his kids to school in the morning while Lynette is out of town. He also explains the importance of having a routine, and the fact that neither of his kids made the teams they tried out for. Dennis Miller then calls in for an improv-themed round of the Rotten Tomatoes Game. Later, Adam talks about the first time he met Jay Leno, and Gina does a follow up on Adam’s haircut music story.

Mark Lonow is in studio next, and Adam asks him about his 40 years at the Hollywood Improv. Mark talks about his journey from performer to producer and partner, and what it takes to make a really good comedy room. Other topics of conversation include some of the legendary people who performed at the venue, and Mark’s play, ‘Jews, Christians, and Screwing Stalin’. Gina then begins the news announcing Peter Dinklage’s next role for HBO. She also talks about another crazy passenger on a plane story, the latest charges against Heather Locklear, and KFC’s new marketing campaign. As the show wraps up, the group chats about Justin Timberlake’s new performance rider, and guesses which Apple Records songs are the most played since the turn of the century.
