Show Summary
Adam opens the show with Wyclef by recalling an experience at the 1996 KROQ Weenie Roast. The guys then talk about Wyclef’s roots in Haiti, and growing up in the projects of Brooklyn. They also discuss the beginnings of The Fugees, and when Wyclef got his first taste of success. Later they chat about meeting Lauren Hill.
In the second half of the show, the guys share their love of cars and discuss Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. Wyclef then talks very personally about his relationship with Lauren Hill, and trying to balance a love triangle while still being married. Adam asks him about a potential Fugees reunion, and the show wraps up with the guys talking about Wyclef’s political experiences, and some of the lessons to be learned from his new book.
