Show Summary
Adam opens the show welcoming Alison Rosen back to the news seat. Alison talks about her wedding, and some of the more memorable aspects of the weekend, for better or worse. Adam then takes a call from Drew Curtis to discuss how he successfully fought off patent trolls when they went after him. They also chat about the origins of Fark.com, and the tremendous damage being done to our economy because of the trolls. Adam then takes a couple fan calls, the guys watch his recent appearance on TMZ, and everyone wishes Dawson a happy birthday. Tim Draper is in studio next, and commiserates with Adam over the sorry state of California. Tim explains the importance of choice and competition, and because of that, why splitting the union’s largest state into six smaller states would actually benefit everyone. Alison then reads news stories about the deadly explosion in Harlem, how to poop different colors, and the origins of Matthew McConaughey’s catchphrase. As the show wraps up, the guys discuss the former Glendale Mayor who plead guilty to embezzlement.Links
