David Wild is in studio at the top of the show, and he talks to Adam about working on the Independent Spirit Awards. Adam then talks about Natalia’s announcement that she would like to learn to ride a unicycle after all. Adam also reminisces about his friend Phillip the Juggler, and takes fan phone calls for a round of Candidate Platitude. Before the break, Adam contemplates whom he would like to see as our next President.
Adam Cayton-Holland, Andrew Orvedahl, and Ben Roy are in studio next, and Adam talks with them about their new show, “Those Who Can’t”. The guys chat about filming in Van Nuys, and odd ways to pass a breathalyzer test. Later, Adam shares his thoughts on eye patches. Gina then starts the news with a story about a protestor at a Donald Trump rally. They also talk about Spike Lee endorsing Bernie Sanders, and the show wraps up with a conversation about the iPhone crack controversy.
