Adam opens the show talking about his weekend in Texas and Arizona. He then talks with his assistant about a frustrating airport experience, the problems with hotel keycards, and sports bars that play crappy techno music. Adam also talks to callers about how to incorporate negativity into comedy, what to do when your 11-year-old comes out of the closet, and how to cope with a rough breakup. Comedian Steve Byrne enters the studio next, and Adam talks to him about his half-Korean half-Irish heritage. Adam also discusses his Texas BBQ experience, and chats with Bald Bryan about an experience at Fogo De Chao. Steve then tells a story about being attacked at a comedy club, and the aftermath of telling controversial jokes on stage. Adam also talks about a backstage experience with Chris Tucker. As the show wraps up, Alison reads news stories about the death of Sylvester Stallone’s son, and Joe Paterno’s Penn State mural.
