The show opens up with a little bit of music talk with David Wild. The guys then take a fan phone call about Styx, and discuss some of the most uncomfortable gigs they’ve been booked on. Another caller asks Bryan for advice before going on ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’. The guys then complain about inaccurate Rotten Tomatoes scores, and take one more call about kids having too much homework. Before the break, Bald Bryan reviews the new Tupac biopic, ‘All Eyez On Me’.
Spike Feresten is in studio next, and Adam chats with him about having a show that performs well on a network that gets shut down. The guys then discuss their shared love of cars, and chat about Spike’s career path from David Letterman to SNL and beyond. They also discuss Chris Hardwick’s amazing home, and being persecuted for liking cars. Later, Gina reads news stories about OJ Simpson being up for parole, Daniel Day Lewis retiring from acting, and flights being cancelled due to extreme heat. As the show wraps up, the guys react to a couple more news stories about Jay Z and Beyonce’s babies, and identifying as non-binary on your driver’s license.
