Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam talks with Bald Bryan about his Hooters Trivia Night, and how seriously he takes competition. Matt Atchity is also in studio, and gives a review of the new Mission Impossible movie. Adam then talks about his latest sushi experience, and the guys play a round of the Rotten Tomatoes Game. Later, Adam reacts to a photo of a guy who brought a bag of dog poo into a Starbucks, and Gina reads a story about why you don’t have to shower as much as you think you do. Before the break, Adam takes a fan phone call about organ donation.
Michelle Beadle is in next, and Adam talks with her about how great she is on Sports Nation. The guys also discuss the evolution of female sports reporters, the journey Michelle went on to get to ESPN, and why she got banned from attending the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight. Today’s news then begins with the outrage over the shooting of Cecil the Lion. They also discuss the first female coach in the NFL, and more details on the prisoners who were on the lam earlier this year. As the show wraps up, Adam complains about our hypocritical society and where we place our anger.
