Show Summary
Adam opens the show by discussing a Yahoo finance article that said California is the worst run state in the union. He compares LA to how it was in the 50s, then discusses why families need to focus on education. He also complains about the Lotto using the Monopoly Guy as their mascot. Matt Atchity of Rotten Tomatoes enters the studio next, and the group discusses a wide variety of films, including Life of Pi, This is 40, and The Hobbit. Alison begins the news by following up on a story involving the man who died in a cockroach eating competition. She also gives an update on the Kevin Clash Elmo scandal, and Adam talks about the problems with guys who have an obsession with ‘molding youth’. Later, the guys talk about Chevy Chase leaving ‘Community’, and Hostess potentially selling Twinkies to ‘Grupo Bimbo’. As the show wraps up, Adam rants about pineapple passionfruit soda.Links
