Show Summary
Adam opens the show with a ton of complaining; first, a PR debacle in the morning, followed by a rant about trying to get bartenders to pour Mangria correctly. He also complains about the parking situation on a TV shoot earlier today, and then he welcomes Dr. Spazz to the show. The gang talks about exercising’s impact on brain damage, caffeinated gum, and problems with tanning beds and L-Carnitine. Bald Bryan then reviews Iron Man 3. Next up, Lita Ford plays a kickass song live. Adam talks with her about her experiences in The Runaways, and Lita discusses living on a deserted island for the last decade. They also talk about opening for The Ramones as a teenager, and having weird things thrown at you on stage. Alison then wraps up the show with a news story about cops who dropped the ball on a decade-long kidnapping case, and an update on former kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart.Links
