At the top of the show, Adam complains about some confusion he had with Mike Lynch. Jo Koy is also in studio, and Adam shares a story about taking the kids to Jay Leno’s garage. Jo then talks about ordering a fully loaded Tesla for himself. Later, the guys watch a classic Christmas clip from Gremlins, and Bald Bryan reviews the film ‘Foxcatcher’ for this week’s Baldywood. The guys also make fun of an old interview about Roberto Duran.
Laura Michalchyshyn is in studio next, and Adam talks with her about meeting Paul Newman when she first started producing a show with Robert Redford. They also discuss the process of the Sundance Festival selection committee, and how making a documentary differs from producing a scripted feature film. Alison then starts up the news with a story about the aftermath of the Ferguson shooting, and preventing military culture within police departments. As the show wraps up, Adam tries to explain who’s to blame for this mess.
