Adam opens the show talking about Red Lobster and the horrible sounding Lobster-ita. He then takes a call from Saudi Arabia and talks about exploiting the poor for labor, and why we never get to hear good news stories from the Middle East. Adam then shares a story about Sonny and Cotillion. Later, the group takes fan phone calls about the worst song of all time, trying to get Huell Howser on the podcast, and Adam’s Super Bowl plans. Before the break, Adam talks to Denso’s Matt Eaton about racing motorcycles, why you need great spark plugs, and the satisfaction of working on cars with your kids.
Jonathan Kite is in studio next, and the guys talk about the success of ‘2 Broke Girls’ and how he landed the part. The group also discusses the process of impersonating celebrities. Jonathan then blows the group away with some incredible impressions, including Vince Vaughn, Seth Rogen, and Liam Neeson. Next up, Gina begins the news with a recap of last night’s Democratic Debate. They also talk about an awkward interview with Sarah Palin, how to deal with segment producers, and a racially insensitive t-shirt giveaway. As the show wraps up, the group chats about what group will be ratcheted up next with the upcoming election.
