Adam opens the show ranting about how overplayed Journey is. Jo Koy is in studio as well, and everyone compliments Jo on his new Netflix special. Adam then wonders why other people don’t want to pick people’s brains, and he talks about the new book he’s planning to write with Kevin Hench. Later, Adam discusses the differences between his two kids, and the guys take fan phone calls about ridiculous commercials, the lack of masculinity today, and if President Trump will go down for his actions. Before the break, the guys take a couple more calls about inappropriate movies to show your kids, and the freedom you feel after running through stop signs.
Jay Mohr is in studio next, and he chats with Adam in the voice of a new character. The guys then talk about Randy Warwick’s similarities to Adam’s friend Brad. From there, Gina begins the news talking about Elon Musk’s LA Tunnel project, and Adam gives an update on his Willy T. Ribbs doc. Other news stories include the winner of this year’s Miss USA Pageant, and Mayor Garcetti’s non-plan to help the homeless. Another topic of discussion is the nuttiness of the real estate market, and Big Mama Got It All makes another appearance. As the show wraps up, Gina reads one more story about a billionaire’s insane divorce payout.
