Show Summary
As the show opens up, Adam talks to Vinnie Tortorich about some of the foods he’s been wanting to eat. He also discusses the latest updates on his Spike TV show, and an upcoming episode with Howie Mandel. The guys then take fan phone calls about conservative-leaning shows that are funny, modern pre-fab homes, and another Rich Man Poor Man entry. Before the break, Adam talks about the difficulty of getting his family excited about a vacation house, and the property that got away from him.
Jay Chandrasekhar is in studio next, and Adam chats with him about the success of the original Super Troopers, as well as a story involving the late great Mitch Hedberg. Later they discuss Jay’s new memoir, the progress of Super Troopers 2, and the problems with new movie trailers. Of course the guys also talk about the new Fast and Furious movie that opened this weekend. Gina then begins the news talking about a transgender Survivor contestant who lost his real life job after his secret was exposed on the show. They also talk about the latest changes in United’s boarding policies, a college campus that’s considering banning fraternities, and the newest water bottle technology. As the show wraps up, Adam complains about how much hydration people crave, despite how little they move.
