Show Summary
As the show opens up, Adam complains to Vinnie Tortorich about the horrible Crafts Services on the set of his new TV show. He then talks about Adam Sandler guesting on the next episode of ‘Adam Carolla and Friends Build Stuff Live’. Before the break, Adam takes fan phone calls about his old buddy Ozzie, and a hilarious Loveline moment.
James Gunn is in studio next, and Adam chats with him about his latest film, ‘The Belko Experiment’. Adam also talks about trying to see a movie in theaters with his son, and asks James about the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and what a typical day on set is like. Bald Bryan then asks James about believing in the potential of your own projects, and James explains why the sequel will be better than the original. Later, Adam asks James if his parents supported him at an early age, and then he reads a very nice email from Jimmy Kimmel’s parents about his new show. As the show wraps up, Adam tells the gang about J.J. Armes.
