Show Summary
As the show opens up, Adam complains about frozen lasagna and recalls making his son cry. He also talks about his recent interview with Bill Maher, and chats with Alison about the difficulty of a regular guy changing a spare tire. Alison then starts up the news and talks about a mosaic of gay porn in the shape of Rick Santorum’s face. The guys also talk about Jeremy Lin, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Jennifer Anniston. Later, Adam discusses the custom paint job in his kitchen, and takes a listener call. Homeland co-creator Howard Gordon joins the show next, and Alison nerds out over one of her favorite shows. They also talk about another new show, Awake, and Howard talks about all the writing he has to do. The guys recall their favorite TV shows growing up, and Adam asks Howard about the state of Israeli TV (since Homeland is based on a show from that country). Adam also shares his love of Face/Off and his hate of Drive. The rest of the news opens with a study about the psychology of living alone. Adam also sees a photo of his doppelganger, and comments on his recent Jimmy Kimmel Live appearance. The group then talks about how to tell if a girl likes you, and how to survive an avalanche.
