At the top of the show, Adam complains about his insane day yesterday and the problems with sleep deprivation. Adam also discusses why he won’t be triggered anymore, why that didn’t last long, and more problems with setting the clocks back. Gina and Bryan then ask Adam about his anticipation for the premiere episode of his new TV show, and Adam laughs about his agent’s reactions to his various projects.
Ferne Pearlstein and Bob Edwards are in studio next, and Adam talks to them about their documentary, ‘The Last Laugh’. The guys talk about dealing with tragedy through humor, and where people draw the line of going too far. Later, Adam rants about horrible music at restaurants, and the conversation steers back toward finding humor in a serious situation like the Holocaust. Gina then reads news stories about El Chapo’s treatment in prison, Trump’s ‘wire tapping’ claims, and a new program called ‘Wheel of Fugitive’. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about a new movie theater that has an indoor playground for kids right next to the seats.
