Show Summary
Adam opens the show talking about his Friday night flipping the game coin for North Hollywood High School’s homecoming game. He also talks about using his construction experience to help build a haunted house for Sonny’s school, and talks with Bald Bryan about his recent MRI. Later he discusses weird book signing requests, problems at Football Sunday, and why he can’t imagine his life without his kids.
Don Felder comes in next, and Adam asks him about the early history of The Eagles. Don talks about the origins of the song ‘Hotel California,’ and also some of the tensions that were rising within the band. Alison then opens the news by discussing the third and final found of presidential debates. The guys also talk about Lance Armstrong, problems with teaching yoga in schools, and Disney’s first Latina Princess. As the show wraps up, the guys analyze Twitter statistics, the success of The Eagles’ Greatest Hits, and an end-of-summer sunblock recall.
