Show Summary

At the top of the show, Adam talks about going with the family and their puppy Phil to the beach. He then takes a phone call about a very awkward hypothetical question involving his mom and Lynette, at which points he turns the table on Gina. Another fan phone call deals with outrage following a study that said women shouldn’t drink if they are not on birth control. The guys then break down the ‘unequal opportunity race’ video that’s gone viral. Dr. Bruce is also in studio, and he opens this week’s Healthwatch with a story about the FDA strengthening its warning on Motrin, Advil and Aleve. Before heading out, Dr. Bruce gives an update on the Zika virus.

Dominic Monaghan is in studio next, and Adam chats with him about his new travel show, and interacting with extremely dangerous animals. The guys also talk about the Steve Irwin tragedy, and Adam asks Dominic about the most aggressive animals to steer clear of. Later, Adam chats with Dominic about filming The Lord of the Rings, and some of his favorite locales. Gina begins the news talking about the new Thank You scroll that will be featured at this year’s Oscars. Other news stories include Alec Baldwin’s thoughts on TMZ’s Harvey Levin, a homeless man who reunited with his family thanks to social media, and new details about Peyton Manning’s involvement in a sexual harassment lawsuit. Dominic then talks about an accident on a dirt bike that he recently recovered from. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about the first plus sized model to land the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover, a blowdart attack over the weekend, and Dominic’s experiences on Ayahuasca.
